Payment is required with order by credit/debit card. Please ensure the expiry date, issue no./valid from date and 3 digit security code of your credit/debit card is shown. We do not accept cheques or Postal Orders.

CARRIAGE IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50 inc. VAT.

INSTITUTIONAL CUSTOMERS  
Hospitals, Day Centres, Hospices, Residential/Care Homes, Schools, Guides, Scouts, Clubs, etc. using an official purchase order can be invoiced with 30 day payment terms, otherwise payment must be made with order and payment/delivery conditions are as per private customers, i.e. no cheque payments. For invoiced orders we require a minimum order value of £20 (ex. VAT). Carriage will be charged at a flat rate of £5.99 (inc. VAT). Payments can be made via BACS, cheque or credit/debit card.

Please note all goods delivered remain the property of CreativityDirect until payment is made in full.

ORDERS FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE UK
We welcome orders from outside the UK, however please note there is a minimum order value requirement of £100 ex.VAT and carriage will be charged based on weight/volume of the parcel being sent. Please place your order as normal and we will advise of the total carriage cost prior to despatch. You will have the option to cancel at this stage if you wish.

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are picked and packed at our central warehouse. Delivery times are between
3–5 working days from receipt of order.
All items ordered will be despatched in a single shipment. Any items out of stock will be cancelled and need to be ordered again. We will advise when the items will be back in stock on your delivery note.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We operate a standard delivery charge of £4.99 per order under £50 inc. VAT in value. Orders over £50 are delivered carriage free, except for invoice orders (see above). Please also note special rates apply for larger items such as display units for example. Please ask customer services for details.

PRICES
All prices shown in the catalogue are in Pounds Sterling. Prices in brackets include VAT. Price changes may occur because of circumstances beyond our control but it is anticipated that the prices shown will remain valid throughout the period of this catalogue.

RETURN OF GOODS/REFUNDS
We feel sure you will be very satisfied with your purchase however if for some reason you are not you can return it. Unless we have made an error you will have to pay the return cost and the products can only be accepted in re-saleable condition and original packaging. Please ensure any return is made within 10 days of purchase.  If a product is received damaged or defective please notify customer services on 020 8566 1680 so that a replacement/credit can be arranged.
